Assembly

Unscrew the six screws on the face, lift the front plate, take the band off the watch, drop the watch into the back plate with the Digital Crown on the side with the big cut-out, set the front plate back on and tighten the screws evenly, a half turn each, around the ring. Snug, not tight: the inserts are brass in plastic.

Charging

Leave the watch in. The round opening on the back is sized for Apple's charging puck; set the case face-down on the puck.

Fit

Each Fob fits one Apple body drawing. If your watch rattles or will not seat, the size is wrong, not the case: check the model on the back of your watch against the size table and we will exchange it.

Battery

Off the wrist, Wrist Detection keeps trying to find a pulse. Turn it off in the Watch app (Passcode → Wrist Detection) and the watch lasts noticeably longer in the case.
